Faults & Returns
If you would like to return a product you have purchased, please contact us within 14 days of the date of receiving it and we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please note that the break seal must be intact for us to be able to accept your return. You will be liable for the cost of postage for returning your item. A refund will be processed within 7 working days on receipt of your item.
In the unlikely event of one of our products being faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will replace or refund the item.
Please inform us if goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
